How it works

  1. Get your address

    Sign up and you get a private forwarding address like x7k2@myswflights.com. Add it as a Gmail forwarding rule, or just forward by hand.

  2. Forward the email

    Confirmations, changes, cancellations, companion pass bookings. Anything Southwest sends. Marketing and check-in reminders are ignored.

  3. Open your list

    Every trip, in date order, with the points and cash you actually paid and what came back when plans changed.

Why this exists

I fly Southwest a lot. Every trip is three or four emails, half of them replaced by a later one, and the only way to know what I'd actually spent was to open each one and add it up. Cancelling a flight meant remembering to check that the points came back.

So I built the thing I wanted: forward the email, forget about it, and have one list that's always right. It's my personal tool, opened up to a few friends. If you fly Southwest and want in, ask me for an invite.
