Forward any booking confirmation to flights@myswflights.com from the address you sign in with, or to your personal inbound address … from anywhere. Changes and cancellations work too.

How it works
My SW Flights reads the emails Southwest sends you. Forward a booking email and the trip appears, with the points and cash you paid. Forward the change or cancellation email later and the trip updates, keeping track of what came back or what you saved. Nothing to type in.
Two addresses accept your emails:
Works from the email address you sign in with. Forwarding from a different address? Add it under Account Settings first.
Your personal inbound address (shown here when you're signed in) accepts email from any sender. Give it to Southwest as a receipt address, or use it when a family member forwards on your behalf.
Which emails count
- Yes: “You're going to …” booking confirmations, change confirmations, cancellation confirmations, and Companion Pass bookings. Each passenger's confirmation is its own email; forward them all.
- Ignored: check-in reminders (“What you'll need for your trip”), marketing, receipts for EarlyBird or bags, and boarding passes. They contain no booking data. If you forward one you'll see a note saying so.
- Forwarding the same email twice is harmless; duplicates are dropped.
Set up automatic forwarding
Forward by hand whenever you like, or let your mail provider do it for every Southwest email. Southwest sends from southwestairlines@ifly.southwest.com, so match the domain ifly.southwest.com.
Gmail
- On a computer, open Gmail Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP → Add a forwarding address and enter flights@myswflights.com.
- Gmail sends a verification email to that address. It shows up here as a banner on your dashboard with a Verify button; tap it, then go back to Gmail and confirm.
- In Gmail, search
from:ifly.southwest.com, open the search options and choose Create filter → Forward it to your new address. Only Southwest mail is forwarded.
In Gmail on a computer, search from:ifly.southwest.com, tick the confirmations you want (the “You're going to …”, change and cancellation emails), open the ⋮ menu above the list and choose Forward as attachment. Send that one email to flights@myswflights.com. Every attached email is imported; a big batch can take a minute or two to appear.
Outlook.com / Hotmail
- Settings → Mail → Rules → Add new rule.
- Condition: From contains
ifly.southwest.com. Action: Forward to flights@myswflights.com. - Save. Existing mail isn't affected; forward older bookings by hand.
iCloud Mail
- At icloud.com/mail, open Settings (gear) → Rules → Add a Rule.
- “If a message is from”
ifly.southwest.com→ “Forward to” flights@myswflights.com.
Yahoo Mail, Apple Mail app, others
- Yahoo's filters can't forward; use manual forwarding.
- The Mail app on iPhone and Mac has no rules of its own; rules belong to the provider (see above).
- Any provider: open the Southwest email, tap Forward, send it to flights@myswflights.com. Forward the email itself, not a screenshot.
Family
If you've joined a Family, each member forwards their own Southwest emails to their own account. Everyone sees one list, and each booking shows who booked it.
Google sent a one-time verification link to confirm your forwarding is set up correctly. Click below to complete it — then return here and your flights will start appearing automatically.

Invites
Each invite is a link that lets one person create an account. You never need to know their email address, and neither do we beyond what sign-in requires.
